Privacy Policy
Calculator values are written to the page URL so a scenario can be bookmarked or shared. They remain in browser history and may appear in ordinary server request logs. Do not put private information in calculator fields or URLs.
Calculations and URL state
Every calculation on this site runs in your browser. Inputs are not posted to a server, stored in an account or written to a database, because there is no account system and nothing to log in to. The one place inputs become visible outside your browser is the address bar: each tool serialises its fields into the query string so that “Copy link” reproduces a scenario for someone else. Anyone you send that link to can read the numbers in it, and the URL is retained in your own browser history. Clearing site data or removing the query string before sharing both work as you would expect.
Public hiscore lookups
Some calculators offer to fill in levels from the game’s public hiscores. That is the only feature that sends anything to a third party. When you press “Load stats”, the username you typed is sent from this site’s server to the publisher’s public hiscore endpoint, and the returned levels are cached in memory for about five minutes so repeated lookups do not hammer the service. Nothing is written to disk, no lookup history is kept against you, and XP Calcs never asks for account credentials, email addresses, authenticator codes or private profile data. Only submit a username you are comfortable being queried on a service that is already public; manual entry remains available on every tool if you would rather not use the feature at all.
Analytics
The site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate use — which pages are opened, whether visitors reach the calculator, and where a layout is confusing. Clarity sets its own cookies or similar browser storage and records interaction events such as clicks and scrolling; it is used here for site improvement only, and no attempt is made to identify an individual visitor or to combine its data with anything else. Blocking cookies, using a tracker-blocking extension or a browser privacy mode all prevent it from loading.
Advertising, logs and retention
Advertising may be introduced later. If it is, ad partners may use cookies or device identifiers to measure or personalise ads, and where law requires it a consent control will appear before optional cookies are set. Reserved ad boxes on the site today are empty placeholders that hold layout space; no auto-ads are enabled. Separately, ordinary operational logs at the hosting layer may retain IP address, user agent, requested URL, response status and error details for security and reliability, processed by hosting providers on the site’s behalf and kept only as long as is reasonably needed to diagnose faults and abuse.
